My youngest daughter loved Wizard of Oz movie. When she was little we had to watch it every year when it came on t.v. It was a very big event around our house. As time went by, we really tired of it, but she never did! By the time she was a teenager she could recite the whole movie, with the volume turned off. It was so much fun! So, I have been making rag dolls for several years, and decided that I would make a Dorothy doll for her and surprise her for her thirtieth birtday!Jamie loves her Dorothy Gayle doll!

I love her! I grew up watching "The Wizard of Oz", too. I now have a Blu Ray copy and enjoy watching it never dreaming when I was a kid that you could watch it just any time you wanted. Progress....
